WHAT IS FAST FOOTWORK? Sessions are designed to improve:
* Ball Mastery 1 player/1 ball. Repetition of exercises using both feet. * Receiving / Passing. * Exercises and games to improve the all-important 1st touch. * 1 v 1 Moves. Learn moves to score game-winning goals.
WHEN, WHERE AND WHO? * Wednesday Afternoon's * Ala Moana Park, 4:30-6:00 pm * NO CHARGE to RIGGERS members, nominal fee for non-members.
