Riggers Soccer Club - Financial Assistance Program

Riggers Soccer Club is a non-profit 501© (3) organization of the Internal Revenue Service that provides soccer opportunities for youth ages 5-19 years old. Riggers Soccer Club was established in 1997.

Riggers Soccer Club offers financial assistance to registered members of the organization through a reduced membership dues structure. Eligibility for financial assistance is based on total family income and multiple siblings registered with the organization. The financial assistance program is designed to "extend out aloha" to families enrolled in Riggers Soccer Club.

Eligibility and the designated amount of financial assistance is determined by the Board of Directors and reviewed each year. The Board of Directors reserves the right to increase or decrease the financial assistance amount based on the financial solvency of the Club. all financial assistance applications and documents will be kept confidential by the Club Accounting Specialist and authorized officers of the Board of Directors. No financial information will be released without prior consent of the member.

Financial Assistance applications and documents must be submitted (mailed) to the Club Accounting Specialist before allocation of funds can be approved. If financial assistance forms or documents are incomplete, the entire application will not be accepted. Fraud or falsification discovered in any part of the financial assistance application will result in denial of financial assistance eligibility for 1 year. Financial Assistance applications will be date/time stamped and processed in the order it was received. The applicant will be notified of the total amount of financial assistance authorized by the Club.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PACKAGES
A    Income/Resources - 100%
       Club will waive up to the entire (100%) annual membership dues based on total
       family income. A copy of members 2007 Federal Tax Return must be attached
       (1040, 1040 EZ). See Qualified Income Chart below.

B    Multiple Siblings in Program - 50%
       Club will waive up to fifty percent (50%) of the annual membership dues for the younger
       siblings enrolled in the program. The oldest child enrolled will pay the full annual
       membership amount.

    Example: Oldest child (pay full amount) + 2nd child (pays 50%) = total

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE CONTRIBUTION
Members who want to make a financial contribution tot eh financial assistance program may submit a donation to the Club Accounting Specialist and dedicate the contribution to the financial assistance program. All financial donations to Riggers Soccer Club are tax-deductible
